We want you to be completely satisfied with your VXS purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

1. Go to the returns zone at:
www.vxsgymwear.com/pages/returns-zone

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

-Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

-Tags and packaging must be intact

-Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, VXS will cover the return shipping.

-Send us a photo and description of the issue

-Once approved, we’ll send you a free return label

-You can choose a replacement or a full refund

If you're returning an item that is not faulty:

-Return shipping is your responsibility

-We recommend using a tracked postal service

-Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

-Refunds are issued to your original payment method

-Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return

-You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

We'll provide the correct return address once your return is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
